Description: We offer a variety of dates called Asseel, which is favored in baking and cereal use, it has a longer shelf life and has a delightfully sweet taste when baked. We offer following grades: for re-packing in retail packs for home cooking and baking. Select ( US grade B )– Large size, length 30 m.m min., width 20 m.m min., fully fleshed without any blemish or broken skin . Used for repacking in retail packs. Good Average Quality (GAQ) US grade C - Medium size- Length 25 m.m min., width 20mm m.m. min. Fully fleshed. Used for re-packing in retail packs for home cooking and baking. Fair Average Quality (FAQ )-Small size or semi fleshed. Mainly used for industrial purpose like chopping for use in Muesli and for industrial baking. Industrial Grade— Small size, broken skin, de-shaped, mashed etc. Used for chopping, sauce making and paste making. Chopped Dates-5mmx5mm or 10 x 10 mm dices coated with dextrose or rice flour Packing. We can offer packing of 10, 20, and 25 Kg. Corrugated cartons lined with polythene bags. Our Dates are characterized by very low pit content, much lower than U.S.D.A. and CODEX standards, and they are checked by metal detectors before packing.
