I am Passionate in achieving sustainable development goals with expertise in analysis, qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills, dedicated to company growth and improvements. With a degree in environmental science and agricultural engineering, I acquired a good knowledge and experience of project management, milling process, farm machinery, data analysis, conducting research, training, and teamwork. During my past professional experiences, I had the opportunity to perform these specific tasks: • Managed and led a team of ten operating staff, giving guidance for improving rice yield and proper use of milling shop. • Operated and maintained rice milling equipment and farming machinery. • Trained more than 200 machinists and technicians for proper operation and maintenance of tractors. • Delivered Farmer Business School (FBS) training sessions in cocoa producers’ cooperatives. • Managed and provided technical support to agricultural extension officer team in achieving projects goals. • Carried out data analysis and assessment and presented results to stakeholders. • Led a team of 20 extension officers for providing assistance, advice, and training to 1000+ farmers to grow their income.
