Teófilo has over 15 years of professional experience in the cashew, cereal, vegetable, cassava and forestry value chains in Northern Mozambique, Nampula, Zambezia, Cabo Delegado and Niassa. He has worked as a business development consultant for market actors in downstream and upstream services. He is an experienced trainer of trainers in good agricultural practices and agriculture as a business. During his career, he has established productive relationships with community stakeholders and farmers. Teófilo has worked for international companies and NGOs in project management, M&E, training and community outreach, market feasibility, supply chain management, marketing, gender awareness, and customer relations. He holds an MBA from UCM, a Master's degree in Agribusiness from UBS, and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences from UCM. He is fluent in Portuguese and English.
