About Personal

I studied for a B.S. at Tehran University, an M.S. at the Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran, and a Ph.D. at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. I have work experience in food factories and organizations for 11 years besides 19 years at the University of Zanjan. I have 18 years of experience at the University of Zanjan as an assistant Professor have done several scientific projects and have taught Biochemistry, Food Microbiology, Food Preservation, and Milk Technology. I have 6 years of experience in Food factories as a Quality control manager for Sausage products, Canning, and hygiene products factories. I have already conducted several types of research in the processing technology of Bread, Milk, Olive technology, and water treatment. I have some knowledge of the physical, chemical, and microbial quality aspects of Food Science and Technology.
