As a Chief Inspector and an Operations Manager in a high-performance environment, I have been the custodian of over two hundred deliverables in Customer, Marketing, Business Processes, Finance, and HR- Learning and Development.
My 17 years of experience includes technical skills and management of a business unit in the quality assurance of all agricultural products destined for export and those that are imported and locally produced for distribution within the Republic of South Africa e.g., fresh fruits and vegetables, flowers, processed products, and cold chain management that includes handling, storage, and transportation of these products. I have proven competencies in business finance, risk management, customer services internal and external, leading, coaching and management of permanent, temporary and relief duty personnel
