I am agriculture professional with vast field experience having performed multiple assignments throughout my careers. Start from Vegetable project where manage different production units along with farmers training towards best agriculture practices and also trained more than 200 farmers for off-season vegetable producton. Next step is joined banking sector and learn the basic anf fundamental rules of corporate and small holding farmers and manage credit protfolio of the branch and recovered NPL loan to stream line the recovery procedure too. Joined deputy director agronomy in vegetable project and managed all the agronomic research trials with field team of vegetable hybrids tomato, bringle, okra, water melon, musk melon and carrots its a first govt initiative to promote hybrid seed production locally also manage citrus and mango nurseries development in different locations of Punjab. working for in private sector since 2016 on different assignments i.e. training, research, farm management, procurement, organic farming, sustainable farming and cooperative farming and look after the organic portfolio of the company.
