Basis reg, along with a wide range agriculture and machinery experience. Record keeping and budgeting. I have been lucky enough to have worked in many areas of agriculture and forestry and every time i learn something new to bring to the table. I am a great believer in training and letting people take the reasonable for what they are doing as a bad idea is better than no idea. I like to lead from the front and i will be more than happy to sit on a machine if the job needs to be finished. I am a great believer of putting a cost to every operation as the figures can make for some interesting answers.
