Tasks:
Feasibility studies into matters concerning physical planning and advising on matters concerning allienation of land and the most appropriate use of land such as: change of user,extension of user, conflict resolution through physical planning committes and extension of leases, subdivision of land and amalgamation of land.
Reviewing of Environmental Impact Assessment reports to provide comments and participation in panel meetings.
Preparation of scheme plans and blue prints.
