I'm Praveen Yadav, bringing over 28 years of extensive experience in the cultivation, trading, and export of a wide range of agricultural products including Tea, Coffee, Sisal, Macadamia, Avocado, Cocoa, Maize, Forestry, Cashew, Sunflower seeds, Cotton seeds, Beans, and Maize. I have spent more than 12 years in East Africa, specifically in Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, and Kenya. My expertise encompasses cost control, quality management, HR functions, cash flow management, Inventory Management budget forecasting, and strategic decision-making. I possess strong communication skills, adept at fostering effective upward and downward communication channels. I am proficient in administrative Functions, Agricultural operations ---- in pivot, drip, and sprinkler irrigation systems, as well as land clearing, planting, Natural Composting , Vermiculture , fertilization, chemical applications, Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Maximum Residue Limits (MRL), Integrated Pest Management (IPM) ,TQM, SQC, Kaizen, CLIP, SWOT, Rainforest Alliance certification etc. and greenfield projects involving heavy machinery. I have managed large-scale operations including Tea and Coffee factories and Export Processing Zones (EPZ) while ensuring compliance with rigorous safety standards. Notable projects under my stewardship include overseeing 40,000 hectares in Tanzania, spearheading a greenfield project covering 50,000 hectares in Ethiopia, and managing 3,000 hectares in Uganda. Additionally, I have led 1,000 acres of diverse farming ventures in Kenya, encompassing vegetable farming, herbs, salads, orchards, and roses.
