I am Dr. Pratik Subhash Gaikwad, currently residing in Kaylan, Mumbai (421301), Maharashtra, India. With a Ph.D. in Food Process Engineering and an M.Tech in Food Science and Technology from the esteemed Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology (IIFPT), Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, my academic foundation includes a B.Tech in Food Technology from Vasatrao Naik, Marathwada Agricultural University, Parbhani, Maharashtra.
Presently, I hold the position of Scientist at the Department of Veterinary Public Health in Mumbai Veterinary College, situated in Parel (400012), Mumbai, Maharashtra. My professional journey comprises not only a year of teaching at Amity Institute of Biotechnology, Amity University Mumbai, but also significant insights gained from diverse roles within various Food Industries.
