Pasionate about Agriculture especially in research projects and breeding with more than 2 years experience. Experienced in research fields and breeding practices like beans emasculation, maize hand crissing, sorghum emasculation, maize detaselling, collecting data, partial data analysis, harvesting, design and layout of trials, pest control, irrigation and inventory of seeds and tools. While working at Tanzania Agriculture Research Institute i participated to prepare farmers field day and managing casuals laboures. When i was at Alliance of bioversity and CIAT i worked as a consultant supporting bean breeding program, and my roles was to make new crosses, new manage germplasms, collecting data and establishment of trials across the country(Ayt and Pyt data). Also i participated workshop like Techniques for succesfully pollination, Using R-package program to analyze data and Using Breeding managent system(BMS) to manage data and designing trials. Currently working at Seedland ltd, the seed company where i'm the one responsible to overseeing all trials works. Working with experienced breeders across the world to make new maize and sunflower hybrids in Tanzania.
