I am a Food Safety and Quality Assurance enthusiast with 12 plus years of multi-discipline experience. I started my career as a production executive at John Keells Holdings in Sri Lanka. I was responsible for production planning and Quality control in sausage manufacturing, Formed meat products manufacturing and meat canning. In 2013 I joined Global Food Industries L.L.C in UAE (Sharjah) as a QHSE Executive and later promoted as QHSE Manager. At Global Food Industries I have implemented BRC-08, GMP requirements as per AIB standard. In 2022 I joined Pussalla Meat Producers in Sri Lanka as QA Manager. I was overall responsible for QA at Hatcheries, poultry farms, Slaughter hose and further processing plant.
