I am Naveen from Kshethra Life sciences Pvt ltd, Bangalore, working as Manager - Quality & Regulatory for company, involved in day to day operations, all cross functional works including sales and marketing with new development of Products for company and registrations, am completed my Master degree Biotechnology from Bangalore University, started work from Multiplex Biotech pvt ltd as R&D and QC associate, which involves in many Biofertilizers and Biopesticides development later on started work with Biopharmaceuticals an Bangalore Based Company and their onwards works in Many pharma companies like Recipharma, Syngene, MS Ramaiah drug testing lab, and again back to Barrix agro sciences as Head Analytical R&D and regulatory scientist, thier involves in developments, formulations, Quality and registrations of Intergrated pest management products, such as Pheromones and pheromone based products, organic products, Biolgical products, Integrated nutrient management products, Integrated disease management product, so totally around 18 years of experience in pharma and agri based products, now in Kshethra am running from 2021.
