My name is Mushtaq Ahmad, and I recently completed my MPhil in August 2023, specializing in potato research in collaboration with Fauji Fresh and Freeze Sahiwal across different regions of Punjab. My project focused on ensuring raw material quality in the field and studying the impact of frost on potato nutrition. Additionally, I gained exposure to various other vegetables and fruits including Falsa, dates, mango, peas, sweet corn, carrot, cabbage, among others. Currently, I am serving as a Management Trainee Officer at Rafiq Food Farm, where I am actively involved in the production of potato French fries.
