About Personal

To whom it may concern. I am a hard worker whom is reliable, honest and trustworthy. I am an analytical thinker that is continuously looking for improvement. I have been in a management position in various bakery sectors throughout my career. I have sound knowledge on the process and the equipment involved in the production of bread. My main area of expertise is production and distribution but I am not limited to the departments mentioned. Some of the skillsets that I have obtained is: Production planning, Stock controlling, Route planning, Problem solving, Housekeeping, GMP’s, Health and Safety, Food Safety, Hazzard Analysis, Maintenance Planning, Fleet management, this is only a few to mention. I am computer literate in most Microsoft Programs. I have worked with Dynamics NAV and GP2010 but I am a fast learner and usually figure the programs out on the job.
