I have 4 years experience in Feed Milling where I started as Mill Attendant, an entry level position. I ensure that all the machines are ready for operation and it is running at it's optimum performance. I was also trained for troubleshooting of faulty equipment. I supervise maintenance activity during shutdown and discuss with the Engineering Manager the issues on machines that we encounter during operations and schedlue the repairs and maintenance prior to shutdown. I was also trained to handle projects. I always prepare and update reports of Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) status. I also made improvement on our process. Often, most fish feeds are rejected due to erratic moisture. Some feeds are high moisture and others are low moisture. This was returned to mill for reprocess. Due to thsi problem, I initiate the project of automatic moisture control on fish feeds which automatically adds water based on your desired moisture which is always the problem since extrusion for fish feeds has started. I was also the key personnel in SAP Material Resource Planning (MRP). This was used for operational planning and scheduling to prevent material shortage and able to forecast when to order raw materials based on lead time and season.
