I studied and graduated in The Netherlands, with 5 years’ experience into the food industries in Europe and 25 in South America.
My background includes serving as a Tech. Adviser for the European Community and as a high officer of the Ecuadorian Government. My responsibilities included driving leadership, develop new products, and issuing developing high quality products with the purpose to introduce them into the market. Due my “Ishikawa” instruction and my six core values conception I was formed as a strong Servant Leadership Style, leading every person under my leadership to reach their highest performance and proven ability to troubleshoot and problem solve under an effective leadership. I’ve been several times Under-secretary of industries for the Ecuadorian government. I’m a qualified FAO-WHO Food professional; I speak 3 languages and have a good knowledge of 3 more.
