I Freddie Tsoro, a BSc Honours Chemistry graduate from University of Zimbabwe and HACCP certificate from the UK Institute of Hygiene and a lot of in-house production, quality and operations training, have over 27 years in Agro value addition operations in African countries namely Zimbabwe, Mozambique, South Africa and Tanzania. These many years of diversified experience has helped me develop extensive management skills in Operations, Production and Process optimization, Food Safety Systems, Human Resources, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Logistics and Finance.
