Currently am working as Field Supervisor with a sparn of control of 12 Field Officers with Unirversall Zimbabwe Leaf Tobacco Company. I have 10 years of exprience with Ministry of Agriculture as Agricultural Extension Officer monitoring ward Extension Officers where I was monitoring 5 wards each with 8 Extension Officers. I was training workers and farmers in crop and livestock production.
I also worked as Field Officer in the Tobacco Industry with Tobacco Industry And Marketing Board and Zimbabwe Leaf Tobacco company for 4 years
