About Personal
Over the course of 25 years in the Agro-Food and Wine sector, I have been involved with 30 or more companies. From 1985 to 2004, I initiated, managed, restructured, and revitalized more than 20 restaurant ventures. Additionally, since the late '90s, I have collaborated as a Consultant with over 10 Food Hospitality businesses. Continuously updating my knowledge, I monitor the evolution of Italian Agri-Food products from various strategic aspects. This includes overseeing production laboratories, conducting organoleptic-sensory analyses, evaluating environmental sustainability practices, and assessing packaging techniques. As a strategic consultant in the Agri-Food sector, I offer consulting services to farmers, agri-food companies, associations, cooperatives, and/or institutions, providing insights into best practices and market trends. Subsequently, I analyze, develop, and assist in the implementation of strategies aimed at promoting agricultural products, identifying and reaching the correct target audience and market they cater to.
