Responsible for people management and development sales and forecasting to meet out yearly budget month wise planning of market development campaign and execution at field level. • BP Vs RSP forecasting every month from team and ensuring supply of all Premium product till 7-10 of every month so that team easily place their indent to smooth closing of every month. • Crop Plan creation along with agronomy team best product fitment in each crop to get best outcome by farmer. • Content creation along with Agronomy and graphics team for product campaign before two months of exact time of campaign execution like literature, animated video script, Board & Banner, • Channel training before every session at ASO & RO level about Premium Product knowledge and their use FAB. • Employee training before session about Premium Product use and USP FAB which gives clear understanding and knowledge. • Budgeting with sales team of Premium product annually by targeting crop area. • Visiting Market Frequently to get pulse of competition and making action plan to mitigate risk to get best sales volume. • Creating creative ideas and tools for liquidating and increasing sales. • Looking after Digital Activity for North Zone like Yara Connect, Yara Bodega, Farm care, and Safal Kishan
