I'm an energetic, adaptive, ethuasiastic, initiative and innovative person. Highly motivated to keep learn and grow professionally to pursue a career as a best worker. I’m mentally and physically fit and able to work under pressure. Organization and work experience make me able to work in team or individually. I am currently working at Sulung Research Station (CBI Group) as an Agroservices Assistant for the last two years. Throughout my 2 years working in the R&D field, I have been heavily involved in several operational and research work for the company. The work I have done as an agroservices assistant is as follows: 1. Regular visits and make reports on recommendations for improvements such as agronomic, soil, pest and plant disease problems or operations related to plant health 2. Conduct trials on handling nutrient deficiency plants, improving parthenocarpic fruit and handling Ganoderma. 3. Analysis of the factors causing the decline in production (Yield Gap) 4. Preparation of Fertilization Recommendations 5. Regular HPT Refreshment Course with the Operations Team 6.
