Carry out inspection, and supervision of Agro-commodities, IPM & Fumigation Operations of NR division. 1. Responsible for customer handling, contract reviews, job placement to the subordinates, etc. 2. Maintaining liaison with overseas/local clients and assisting the Business manager in finalizing contracts/ resolving differences, etc. 3. Responsible for in-house training, development of the professional working team, etc. 4. Client contact and customer feedback, customer complaint register, corrective and preventive action status log, etc. 5. Responsible to follow the practice of a Quality Assurance system as per ISO certification. 6. Assist in writing and updating inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists. 7. Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise. 8. Responsible to prepare and maintain audit documents 9. Searching new business opportunities considering with Bangladesh market situation 10. Make a business plan and visit with an important client and report to management accordingly. 11. Responsible to do inspection and reporting for trade, liquid, and soft/food. 12. Experience in various types of inspection like Grain, Oil, SFAD, Seed, Sugar, Fiber, Fruits, Milk, Vegetables, Tobacco, and all types of agricultural products and Fumigation operation in different warehouses, containers, and vessels. 13. Guide field inspections for their day-to-day operations 14. Keep close contact, co-ordinate and liaise with local and international clients on job requirements 15. Able to work independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously 16. Able to interact with all levels of management, suppliers, and clients 17. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 18. Maintain the highest standards of integrity and professional ethics with respect to SGS's integrity policy and code of conduct
